Shawl Testing

I've had the most amazing people reply to my requests for test knitters via Ravelry. I released the first 30 rows of the pattern to them last evening and they've located errors in the written pattern that escaped me, and aren't afraid to ask questions. This is just what I was hoping for. Definitely a fantastic group of testers!

I hope to have this pattern completed by June 1st, and the way these testers are jumping into this pattern that goal will probably be met. :)

Shawl - WIP

I've asked for test knitters via Ravelry to get this shawl 'on the road' so to speak. I'll establish a Yahoo group later today - maybe I'll try Google, not sure yet.

I believe that I finally have a pattern worked out that I'm happy with. We shall see! :)

Drea's Jester Socks - final

I now have this pattern available for sale. Don't let the mitered tops scare you away! I've written the pattern out row by row to make knitting this pattern quite simple. Purchase link to the right. :)

Drea's Jester Socks

Update: The sock pattern is in the hands of four test knitters. Initial feedback is quite positive!

I'm reviewing and editing the pattern several times per day. I want the final published version to be as exact and easily understandable as possible. I do need to get photos taken... having issues with rechargable batteries for one of the cameras. They just won't hold a damn charge.

I hope to hear from my test knitters over the weekend to learn if I need to tweak the pattern more ... one of the testers is from Iceland and I bet she'll provide lots of help for me to make the pattern friendly to all international knitters.
